1.The flywheel ring gear is press-fitted on the flywheel at the rear end of the crankshaft and rigidly connected with the crankshaft.

2.When starting the engine, the pinion gear of the starter extends to mesh with the flywheel ring gear.

3.The starter drives the ring gear to rotate at a high speed, directly driving the crankshaft to rotate, so that the engine completes initial operation and ignition.

4.After the engine starts, the starter gear retracts, and the ring gear is no longer loaded, only rotating with the inertia of the flywheel.
